  • Amazing Grace of Being Lost and Found | March 30, 2025
Today's sermon continues our Lenten theme of Everything [in] Between by looking at what it means to be "Lost & Found." In particular, we hear Jesus describe God as a shepherd who goes out to search for a missing sheep. Jesus' promise is that no matter how far you run from God, no matter how many times you turn your back and wander away, no matter how lost you might feel, God never gives up on you. God never stops looking for you. And when you are found by God, all heaven rejoices!Today's Scripture readings are Ezekiel 34:11-16, Psalm 51:1-10, and the parable of the lost sheep in Luke 15:1-7. The text of this sermon is available at https://danielflucke.com/lost-and-found/.Learn more about Christ the King Lutheran Church in Port Washington and Living Hope Lutheran in Saukville, Wisconsin at https://www.livinghopesaukville.org/ or https://ctkport.org/.

And where is God in this story?Today's Scripture readings are Colossians 1:3-6, 9-14, Psalm 40:1-8, and Luke 13:6-9. Learn more about Christ the King Lutheran Church in Port Washington and Living Hope Lutheran in Saukville, Wisconsin at https://www.livinghopesaukville.org/ or https://ctkport.org/.
